Rachel Wu
Founder & Head Coach
With over a decade of experience in fitness, performance coaching, and corrective movement, Rachel is the visionary behind GiR Fitness. Her extensive background includes certifications from BCRPA, ACE, Yoga Alliance, NASM, and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI Level 3 Fitness, Junior, Power, Golf & Medical). She’s passionate about helping golfers, dancers, athletes, and everyday movers train smarter, move better, and feel stronger—on and off the course.​Her mission? To build a results-driven space where education meets movement, and where every client feels empowered to unlock their potential.
