What We Offer
- starting with a full Functional Movement Screen and Selective Movement Functional Assessment. FMS/ SMFA. We are able to SAVE TIME and EFFECTIVELY work on your goals. These are critical for anyone beginning with an exercise program. Without any type of assessments, we are only assuming your body's ability to move and function properly. - If there had been unnecessary or compensatory motor patterns that was developed and adapted to in the past, we must first address them before enhancing faulty movements further. - customized workout base on periodization
Cancellation Policy
GiR Fitness – Default Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Booking Policy Sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance via our online booking system or directly through your coach. For bookings within 12 hours, please contact us directly to check availability. Clients may book with any available GiR coach, depending on their package. Advance booking is encouraged to secure preferred time slots. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered a used session and are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, subject to review. Waitlist Policy If a session is full, clients may join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, the system will automatically notify the next client in line. Clients must confirm their spot within 2 hours, or it will be released to the next person. Note: By booking a session, clients agree to the above terms.
